The private pool has sun all day long with wonderful
views over the plains to the Mediterranean sea. There is
also a communal pool directly behind the villa. There are only
20 houses in our community so a peaceful holiday is assured.
For those of you who want to play
golf there is Campoamor Golf 2 kms
away and a further 4 top class courses within 10 minutes drive (we
can arrange tee-off and a pick-up service for your golf days if required).
The villa is a 5 minute drive to either San Miguel
which has several nice restaurants, shops, a supermarket and a lovely
town square where many festivals are held at weekend, or to Villamartin,
where there is a selection of restaurants around a beautiful square,
many bars and a choice of supermarkets nearby.
15 minutes up the coast you can either reach Torrevieja
which has every facility you can imagine, as well as a sandy beach.
In the other direction you have La Manga.The nearest
beach to the villa is merely 10 minutes to la Zenia, as shown in the
photos. Only 10 Minutes from Murcia Airport and 35 from Alicante.
Car Hire is essential.

Price includes meet and greet, with food basics starter pack available
at an extra cost of Euro40 (payable on arrival locally) to
include milk, bread, cheese, selection of meats, 2 large bottles of
water, tea, coffee, sugar, beer or wine and soft drinks (can be
specified when booking) plus condiments already provided.
Cleaning is charged at £40 per stay and is completed on departure
(and includes pool cleaning). If you wish to have a change of linen
during your stay this is chargeable at extra £25.
