This new apartment in Vezza D' Oglio in the Italian Alps is typically alpine and sits in a complex of 17 others. Built to a very high standard with lots of exposed wooden beams and Italian tiled floors.

There are 2 bedrooms, one with a king size double bed with solid pine wood furniture and a French window which leads onto the balcony. The other bedroom has substanbtial solid wood adult size bunk beds also with solid pine furniture. The living room /dining room is large with solid wood furnishings and a four seater settee that converts into a large very comfortable double bed. This room is equipped with Sat TV, DVD and a music system with CD player and a very cosy log fire.There is a French window which leads onto the south facing balcony with fantastic views from every angle. In the alcove there is a fully fitted kitchen with four hobs and a full oven with fridge, toaster and electric kettle. There is a 4 piece shower room with washing machine. The apartment enjoys full central heating for the winter months and has back up blower heaters for the cooler spring and autumn nights. Under the apartments are the garages and ours is very big so you can store skis, boots and sledges as well as your car.

Attractions and activities
High in the Italian Alps lies the unspoilt charming village of Vezza D'Oglio. This village is our skiing, walking, hiking, mountain bikeing, white water rafting, fishing, golfing, swimming paradise.The village is in the Val Di Comonica that runs between the well know lakes of Garda and Como and nestles about 25 kms from the Swiss border. It is close to the main towns of Edolo and Ponte de Legno and the international ski resort of Passo Tonale.

The area is a Mecca for for outdoor types with many activities to be enjoyed from simple walks along the streams and alpine meadows to the more energetic extreme sports. This is all available amid stunning scenery with many 3500 metre mountains. When the snows come the area is transformed into a frozen playground and because of the altitude the snow is guaranteed from December to late April and skiiing and other winter sports can be enjoyed. From December 2005 the enjoyment for skiers will be increased because of the link by 11 new ski lifts from the resorts of Temu and Ponte de Legno with Passo Tonale creating one of the best ski areas in the Alps. Lower down the valleys the weather in summer is very hot and there are a number of water parks and outdoor swimming pools alongside the stunning Lake Iseo. This lake is the base for a great many water sports and has some fine fishing as well as many gorgeous towns with their pavement cafes and wine bars.
